Waddy Feel Good Service - Helping people to explore and try things that make them feel more physically or mentally well.
Feeling good means something different to everyone. Our new service aims to equip people with skills, tools and ideas to improve general wellbeing.
We all know that we should look after ourselves more but finding the motivation to do so can be difficult. Doing things as part of a group or in an environment you know and feel comfortable in can help with this.
Everyone can make small changes and these changes can eventually make a huge difference. Just getting involved and having a go can be the start of great things and a healthier happier you.
Because we are both body and mind the activities on offer will cater for both. We want to try as many things as possible and we are always interested to get people’s ideas.
Here are some examples of what we do and how we will do it.
